Spring onion and bacon cheese spring rolls

 


Ingredients (Serves 2):

4 green onions


[A] 2 slices of half bacon (cut into 1cm pieces)


[A] 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder


[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt


2 slices of cheese


4 spring roll wrappers


[B] 1 teaspoon flour


[B] 1 teaspoon water


5 tablespoons vegetable oil


Directions:

1. Place thinly sliced ​​green onions diagonally in a heat-resistant bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 2 minutes, then add [A] and mix.


2. Place halved sliced ​​cheese and 1/4 of [1] on a spring roll wrapper. Fold in the front, left and right, then roll toward the back. Mix [B] and coat the end of the wrapper with [B] to secure. Repeat to make 3 more.


3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add [2]. Deep fry both sides until golden brown and it's done!
