Corn Cream Cheese Bread

 


Ingredients:


150g pancake mix


300g canned cream sweet corn


40g pizza cheese


Directions:


1. Put the pancake mix, sweet corn, and half the pizza cheese into a bowl.


2. Knead the dough from step 1 until it comes together.


3. Line a heat-resistant container with parchment paper, add the dough from step 2, flatten it, and top with the remaining pizza cheese. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Finish!


*Use a parchment paper that can withstand temperatures up to 200°C for 30 minutes.


Serve with chopped parsley, if desired!
