Sweet potato steamed with mild salt and butter


Ingredients (Serves 2):

1 sweet potato (approx. 200g)


1 tablespoon water


[A] 5g butter


[A] 1/8 teaspoon salt


Directions:

1. Wash the sweet potato thoroughly with the skin on and cut into 1cm-wide pieces. Place in a heat-resistant bowl and add water.


2. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5-6 minutes (until a bamboo skewer can be inserted easily).


3. Add [A] to 2., mix lightly, and let the residual heat blend.
