Kimchi fried rice

 


Ingredients

Hot rice...300g

Thinly sliced ​​beef belly...100g

Kimchi...150g

Eggs...2

●Soy sauce...1/2 tablespoon

●Sugar, sesame oil...1 teaspoon each

Salad oil, green onion (finely chopped),

Coarsely ground black pepper...to taste

How to cook

1. Cut the beef into 3cm lengths and rub in ●. Chop the kimchi finely. Heat 1 teaspoon salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, make a fried egg, and remove from the frying pan.

2. Add 2 teaspoons salad oil to the same frying pan and fry the beef. Once cooked, add the kimchi and fry for 1 minute.

3. Add the rice and continue frying. Once lightly cooked, serve in a bowl and top with the fried egg, green onion, and black pepper.
