Pumpkin ice cream

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Pumpkin: 100g


Sugar: 2 teaspoons


Milk: 1 tablespoon


Vanilla ice cream: 200ml


[Preparation]

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Take the vanilla ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften slightly.


[Instructions]

1. Place the pumpkin in a heatproof dish, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes until soft.

2. While the pumpkin is still hot, mash it with a fork, add the sugar and milk, mix until smooth, and let it cool slightly.

3. Put (2) and the vanilla ice cream into a resealable storage bag, mix by kneading the bag from the outside, and freeze in the freezer. Serve in a bowl.
