Crunchy Chicken

 


Ingredients:


[A] 150g thinly sliced ​​chicken breast


[A] 1 teaspoon grated garlic


[A] 1 teaspoon curry powder


[A] 1 teaspoon sake


[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt


10 gyoza wrappers


Approx. frying oil


Directions:

1. Mix [A] in a bowl.

2. Wrap [A] in the gyoza wrapper and seal the end of the wrapper with water.

3. Pour frying oil into a deep frying pan to a depth of 1cm and heat to 170°C. Add [A] and fry until crispy. Done!
