Thickly stir-fried taro and green onions

 


Ingredients

- 6 taro roots


- 1 green onion


- 1 bag of shimeji mushrooms


- 1 tablespoon sesame oil


- 2 tablespoons of A. Mentsuyu (double concentrated)


- 3cm of A. Ginger (tube)


- 5 tablespoons of water


- 1 teaspoon of B. Potato starch


Directions


1. Cut the taro root into bite-sized pieces. Cut the green onion into 4cm lengths. Separate the shimeji mushrooms into small florets.


2. Place the taro root in a heat-resistant dish, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes.


3. Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the taro root, green onion, and shimeji mushrooms (from step 2) and fry for about 5 minutes, then add A and mix well.


4. Reduce the heat to low and add the mixed B. Stir to thicken. Done!
