Ingredients:
1/3 carrot
100g pork belly (thinly sliced)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
[A] 1 egg
[A] Napa cabbage kimchi 50g
[A] Pizza cheese 30g
[A] 2 chives (cut into 5cm lengths)
[A] 3 tablespoons potato starch
[A] 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 sheets of rice paper
Directions:
1. Peel and shred the carrots. Cut the pork belly into 1cm wide pieces and rub with salt and pepper.
2. Combine 1 and [A] in a bowl and mix well.
3. Add sesame oil to a frying pan, place the rice paper on top, and spread 2 on top. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, then add another sheet of rice paper on top and flip. Press down with a spatula while cooking, and once cooked through, it's done!
