Enoki mushrooms with yuzu pepper mayonnaise dressing

 

Ingredients:


Enoki mushrooms  1/2 bag


Crab-flavored surimi (imitation crab meat)  2 pieces


Green onions (finely chopped)  2 stalks


[A] Mayonnaise  3 tablespoons


[A] Mentsuyu (3x concentrated)  2 teaspoons


[A] Yuzu pepper paste  1 teaspoon


Toasted white sesame seeds  as needed


Instructions:


① Cut off the base of the enoki mushrooms and separate them by hand. Place them in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes. Let them cool slightly and wipe away any excess moisture.


② Add the shredded crab-flavored surimi, green onions, and [A] to ①.


③ Mix ② well. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds. Done!
