Immunity Boosting Banana-Lemon-Ginger Smoothie

 


Drinking a glass of this smoothie in the morning gives the body a great energy boost, aids digestion, and also increases resistance to colds and coughs!

🥤 Ingredients:

Ripe banana – 1

Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

Grated ginger – ½ teaspoon

Yogurt – ½ cup

Honey – 1 teaspoon (to taste)

Cold water or milk – ½ cup

🍋 Preparation:

1. Add banana, lemon juice, ginger, yogurt, honey, and milk/water to a blender.

2. Blend well until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a little lemon zest on top for garnish.
