Ingredients:
Pumpkin 300g
Chicken thigh 300g
[A] Sake 1 tbsp
[A] Potato starch 1 tbsp
[A] Salt 1/3 tsp
[A] Pepper to taste
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
[B] Yakiniku sauce 3 tbsp
[B] Vinegar 2 tbsp
[B] Sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions:
① Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces, place in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes.
② Remove the tendons from the chicken thigh and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in a storage container and rub in ingredients [A].
③ Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken, skin-side down first. Once both sides are browned, add the pumpkin, coat everything with oil, add ingredients [B], and stir-fry until combined. Done!
