Fluffy omelet with grated yam and cheese

 


Ingredients:


300g Nagaimo (Japanese yam)


50g Pizza cheese


[A] 2 tsp potato starch


[A] 1/8 tsp salt


[A] Pinch of black pepper


1 tsp olive oil


Instructions:


① Peel the nagaimo and grate it. Add [A] and mix well.


② Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, then pour in the mixture from step ①. Smooth the surface, top with pizza cheese, and cook until the bottom is browned.


③ Once the bottom is browned, fold it in half and continue cooking, shaping it as you go, until cooked through. When it's fluffy, it's done!
