Chicken and mushroom consommé foil bake

 


Ingredients (Serves 2)


1 chicken thigh (250g)

200g mushrooms of your choice

1 garlic clove

A [1/3 teaspoon salt, a pinch of pepper, a small amount of grated garlic]

Olive oil (as needed)

1 teaspoon granulated consommé soup base

A pinch of coarsely ground black pepper

A pinch of parsley

Lemon (as needed)


[Directions]

(1) Remove any excess skin or tendons from the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Rub in A to season.

(2) Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Remove the sprouts from the garlic and thinly slice it.

(3) Cut a large piece of aluminum foil and spread a small amount of olive oil over it. Arrange the chicken in the center, then add the mushrooms and garlic around the edges, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with granulated consommé soup base all over.

(4) Close the foil tightly and bake in the toaster (or in the oven at 200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.

(5) Sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper, parsley, and lemon and it's done!
