Garlic stir-fried beef and bitter melon rice bowl

 


Ingredients

・Bitter melon...1


・Onion...1


・Ground beef...200g


・Garlic...1 clove


・Freshly cooked rice...1 cup (2 cups of rice)


・Chicken bone granules...1-2 tablespoons


Directions

(1) Finely chop the garlic. Cut the bitter melon in half, remove the seeds with a spoon, and thinly slice. Thinly slice the onion.


(2) In a heated frying pan, add sesame oil and finely chopped garlic and stir-fry. Once fragrant, add the ground beef, stir-fry briefly, and remove from the heat.


(3) In the same frying pan, add the onion and bitter melon and stir-fry.


(4) Once the vegetables are cooked, return the meat to the pot, add the chicken bone granules, and stir-fry further.


(5) Place (4) on top of the freshly cooked rice and you're done.
