Ingredients
- 1 box of frozen pie dough (4 sheets)
- 200g pumpkin
- 200g cream cheese
- 80g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200g heavy cream
- 60g plain flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 lemon
How to make
1. Soften the pumpkin in the microwave.
2. Gently peel the skin and separate the flesh from the skin!
3.Put the pumpkin, cream cheese, and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Add the eggs and cream.
Add the sifted cake flour and baking powder and mix lightly in a cutting motion.
]4.Finally, squeeze in plenty of lemon and add it. Once it's soft and smooth, the filling is ready!
5. Cut the puff pastry dough a little larger than half.
Use the larger cut to cut around the edge of the pumpkin!
Cut the smaller cut into long, thin strips.
Stack the thinner pieces around the edge to create the bowl.
6. Put the filling in and bake in the oven at 180°.
After that, I used the pumpkin skin to make the face.
