Ingredients:
1/2 burdock root
1/3 carrot
[A] 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
[A] 1 teaspoon soy sauce
[A] 1 teaspoon ground white sesame seeds
[A] 1 teaspoon condensed milk
Approx. white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Lightly scrape the surface of the burdock root with the back of a knife and shred it. Peel and shred the carrot.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil 1 until it still retains its texture, then drain thoroughly.
3. Combine 2 and [A] in a bowl and mix. Finish by topping with ground white sesame seeds and you're done!
