Tofu and cheese pancake

 


Ingredients:


Silken tofu 150g


Thinly sliced ​​beef brisket 100g


Salt 1/4 teaspoon


Pepper to taste


Carrot 1/3


Onion 1/4


Chinese chives (cut into 5cm lengths) 2 stalks


[A] Egg 1


[A] Pizza cheese 30g


[A] Potato starch 3 tablespoons


[A] Chicken stock powder 1 teaspoon


Sesame oil 1 teaspoon


Instructions:


① In a bowl, put the silken tofu and mix until smooth with a whisk.


② Add the peeled and julienned carrot, thinly sliced ​​onion, beef brisket (cut into 1cm pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper), Chinese chives, and ingredients [A] to the bowl and mix well.


③ Heat a frying pan over medium heat with sesame oil, add the mixture from step ②, and flatten it. Press down with a spatula while cooking both sides until golden brown and cooked through.  Finished!
