Ingredients:
1/4 head of cabbage
5 sausages
1/2 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1/2 tablespoon salad oil
Directions:
1. Chop the cabbage into 3cm chunks and cut the sausages diagonally into 4-5 equal pieces.
2. Add salad oil to a frying pan over medium heat and fry the sausages from 1. Once golden brown, add the cabbage.
3. Once the cabbage has softened, add the curry powder and grated garlic and stir-fry. Mix thoroughly and it's done!
