Octopus and grated cucumber salad

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Boiled octopus tentacles: 1-2

Cucumber: 1/2-1

Ginger (julienned): 1/2 piece

Ponzu sauce: appropriate amount

Sesame oil: a small amount


Preparation:

Slice the boiled octopus tentacles into bite-sized pieces. Grate the cucumber.

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve in a bowl.
