Sausage and curry flavored rice

 

[Ingredients for 2 servings]


・Rice: 1.5 cups


・Sausages: 4-5 pieces


・Shimeji mushrooms: 1 pack


・Curry powder: 2 teaspoons


・Granulated soup stock: 1 tablespoon


・Salt and pepper: to taste


・White wine: 2 tablespoons


・Water: appropriate amount


・Butter: 10g


・Dried parsley: appropriate amount


[Preparation]


・Rinse the rice and drain it in a colander.


・Cut the sausages into 1cm slices.

・Cut off the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.


[Instructions]


1. Add the washed rice, curry powder, granulated soup stock, salt and pepper, white wine, and the usual amount of water for cooking rice to the rice cooker. Place the sausages and shimeji mushrooms on top, and turn on the rice cooker.

2. Once cooked, add the butter and mix well with a rice paddle, lifting from the bottom of the rice cooker to evaporate excess moisture. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with dried parsley.
