Radish salad with mustard dressing

 


Ingredients:


Daikon radish  150g


[A] Vinegar  3 tablespoons


[A] Sugar  3 tablespoons


[A] Salt  1 teaspoon


[A] Prepared mustard  1 teaspoon


Instructions:

① Peel the daikon radish and cut it into 5mm thick slices.


② Put the daikon radish and ingredients [A] into a resealable bag and mix well.


③ Refrigerate overnight.  Done!
