Ingredients:
2 cups of rice
5 crab-flavored kamaboko (fish cakes)
1/2 bag of shimeji mushrooms
1/2 bag of maitake mushrooms
3 shiitake mushrooms
3 tablespoons of mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
Directions:
1. Split the shimeji mushrooms and maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and thinly slice them.
2. Place the washed rice and mentsuyu in a rice cooker and add water up to the 2-cup mark.
3. Add the crab-flavored kamaboko and mentsuyu to the rice cooker and cook as usual. Stir lightly and it's done!
