Carrot Roll Chips

 


Ingredients:


2 carrots


Oil for frying (as needed)


[A] 2 tablespoons grated cheese


[A] 1/3 teaspoon salt


[A] Parsley (finely chopped) (as needed)


Directions:


1. Peel the carrots, cut off the stems, and thinly slice them using a slicer. Stack three carrots, shifting them slightly, and roll them up from the edge, securing with a toothpick inserted in the center.


2. Pour oil into a deep-frying pan, covering the bottom by 2cm, and heat to 180°C. Add the carrots from 1 and fry until golden brown.


3. Drain the oil from 2., remove the toothpick, and place the carrots in a bowl. Add 2., toss to coat, and serve!
