Fluffy baked tofu and enoki mushrooms

 


Ingredients:


Silken tofu 150g


Enoki mushrooms 1/2 bunch


Crab-flavored fish cake 2 pieces


Egg 1


[A] Potato starch 2 tablespoons


[A] Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon


[A] Green onions (finely chopped) 2 stalks


[A] Chicken stock powder 1 teaspoon


[A] Salt a pinch


Sesame oil 1 tablespoon


Instructions:


① Put the silken tofu in a bowl and mix until smooth with a whisk.


② Add the enoki mushrooms (stems removed and cut into 2cm lengths), shredded crab-flavored fish cake, egg, and [A] to ① and mix well.


③ Heat a frying pan over medium heat with sesame oil, and drop the mixture from ② in 8 equal portions using a spoon. Cook until both sides are golden brown, and it's done!
