【Ingredients (2 servings)】
・1 persimmon
・1/2 ball of mozzarella cheese
・1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
・Fresh mint leaves (to taste)
【Instructions】
1. Peel the persimmon, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and arrange it on a plate. Tear the mozzarella cheese into pieces by hand and place it on top of the persimmon. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and garnish with mint leaves.
