Spicy Chicken and Cabbage Burrito

 


Ingredients:


150g shredded cabbage


1/4 teaspoon salt


[A] 180ml water


[A] 100g plain flour


[A] 2 tablespoons potato starch


[A] 1/2 tablespoon salad oil


180g chicken breast (cut into 2cm cubes)


2 teaspoons potato starch


[B] 2 teaspoons soy sauce


[B] 2 teaspoons gochujang


[B] 2 teaspoons sugar


Directions:


1. Sprinkle salt on the cabbage and, once it has softened, squeeze out the excess water.


2. Add salad oil (not listed, to taste) to a frying pan, mix well, pour in [A], and cook on both sides over medium heat. Makes 4 pieces.


3. Add salad oil (not listed in the recipe, just add a little) to a frying pan and fry the potato starch-coated chicken breast over medium heat. Add the mixed ingredients (B) and simmer until combined.


4. Place ingredients (1) and (3) on top of ingredients (2), wrap, and you're done!
