Dried daikon strips and enoki mushroom salad with sesame and mayonnaise

 

Ingredients:

30g kiriboshi daikon

1/2 stalk of enoki mushroom

2 crab-flavored kamaboko

2 shiso leaves

[A] 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

[A] 1 tablespoon of ground white sesame seeds

[A] 2 teaspoons of noodle soup (3x concentrated)

[A] 1 teaspoon of sugar


How to make:

① Soak kiriboshi daikon in water and cut into bite-sized pieces.

② Remove the base of the enoki mushroom, cut it into 5cm lengths, and place in a heat-resistant bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds to cool.

③ Add ①, the shredded crab-flavored kamaboko, shredded shiso leaves, and [A] to ②, mix well, and it's done!

Serve with shredded shiso leaves if you like!
