Potatoes: 2 pieces

Soy sauce: 1 1/2 tablespoons
Sake: 1 1/2 tablespoons
Mirin: 1 1/2 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 1/2 teaspoons
How to cook
Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut the potatoes into 1.5cm cubes and place in a heat-resistant container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 3.5 minutes at 600W.
Add oil to a frying pan and add the potatoes. Cook by rolling them around, and remove once they are golden brown.
Add the chicken thighs to the same frying pan and continue to roll them around while cooking.
Once the chicken is cooked through, return the potatoes and add ingredients A. Once the flavors are mixed together, it's ready.
