Ingredients:
2 chicken tenderloins
[A] 1/2 teaspoon salt
[A] Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons flour
[B] 1 egg
[B] 1 tablespoon grated cheese
[B] Parsley (minced) 3g
1 tablespoon olive oil
How to make:
① Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut them open like a gate. Rub with [A] and coat with flour.
② Mix [B] in a bowl and dip in ①.
③ Add olive oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat, then arrange ②. Fry until golden brown on both sides and it's done!
