Zucchini and eggplant stick fries

 


Ingredients


Eggplant: 2


Zucchini: 1


Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon


Potato starch: as needed


Oil: as needed


Salt and pepper: as needed


How to make

Remove the stems from the zucchini and eggplant.


Cut them lengthwise into strips and then cut them in half.


Add soy sauce and mix until evenly distributed, to season.


Coat with potato starch.


Add oil to a pan and heat it, then fry the zucchini, then the eggplant, over medium heat.
