Baked yam and tuna with cheese

 


Ingredients:

300g Chinese yam

[A] 1 can of tuna in oil (drain off oil)

[A] 30g pizza cheese

[A] 2 tablespoons of potato starch

[A] 1 teaspoon of consommé soup base

1 tablespoon of salad oil

How to make:

① Peel the Chinese yam, place it in a plastic bag and beat it with a rolling pin.

② Add [A] to ① and knead.

③ Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cut off the end of ② and squeeze it out. Brown both sides and it's done!

Serve with chopped nori and finely chopped green onions to taste!
