Mixed rice with pickled radish and edamame

 

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 bowls of freshly cooked rice

80g edamame (frozen)

3cm pickled radish

1/2 teaspoon black sesame seeds


[Preparation] 

Wash the pickled radish and chop finely. Thaw the edamame beans naturally and remove them from the pods.


[How to make]

1. Put warm rice in a bowl, add pickled radish and edamame, and mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
