[Ingredients] (Serves 4)
1/2 to 1 lettuce
2 tablespoons dried wakame seaweed
2 tablespoons ponzu soy sauce (commercial product)
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
A little salt and pepper
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
[Preparation]
1. Roughly tear the lettuce with your hands and place it in water, then place it in a colander and dry it thoroughly with a clean towel.
2. Rehydrate the wakame in water until soft, then squeeze out the water. If it is long, roughly chop it.
3. Mix the ingredients for the Chinese dressing in a large bowl.
[How to make]
1. Just before serving, mix the lettuce and wakame with the Chinese dressing, then serve in a bowl and sprinkle with the white sesame seeds, crushing them with your fingertips.
