In the past, to prevent avocados from discoloring, I would sprinkle them with lemon juice or cut them in half and store them wrapped in plastic wrap.
However, with the method I'm introducing today, there's almost no discoloration, even without wrapping them in plastic wrap.
This is an avocado cut in half.
Place in a heat-resistant container, without plastic wrap or a lid, and microwave at 600W for 15 seconds.
Without wrapping it, just put the avocado in it, cover it and store it in the refrigerator.
