Marinated cabbage, new onions and tuna

 

Ingredients:


1/4 head of cabbage


1/2 new onion


1 can of tuna in oil (drained)


[A] 2 tablespoons of olive oil


[A] 1 tablespoon of vinegar


[A] 2 teaspoons of sugar


[A] 1/4 teaspoon of salt


Black pepper to taste


Preparation:


① Cut the cabbage into 3cm chunks. Place in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.


② Cut the new onion into thin slices and leave in the air for about 10 minutes.


③ Add ②, tuna in oil, and [A] to ① and mix well. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and it's done!
