Ingredients:
1 stalk of broccoli
1/2 stalk of cauliflower
50g shimeji mushrooms
[A] 1 clove of garlic (thinly sliced)
[A] 1 teaspoon of chili pepper (sliced)
[A] 1/2 teaspoon of salt
50ml olive oil
How to make:
① Boil the broccoli, cauliflower, and shimeji mushrooms in small florets and drain.
② Put ① and [A] in a storage container and mix well.
③ Pour olive oil into ② and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, let the flavors blend, and it's done!
