Ingredients
- 1 chicken thigh
- 1/2 green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle two pinches of salt on both sides.
Slice the white part of the spring onion diagonally and slice the green part into rings.
Wipe off any moisture that comes out of the chicken with kitchen paper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken skin side down.
Fry the chicken without moving it, and when it's about 70% done, turn it over.
Add the spring onions to the chicken where the oil has come out and stir fry.
If the chicken isn't cooked through, cover and steam for about 1 minute.
Add a pinch of salt to adjust the flavor and it's done.
