・1 tablespoon flour

・1 beaten egg
・4 tablespoons flour
・4 tablespoons water
・1/2 tablespoon curry powder
[Preparation]
・Mix the <batter> ingredients in a bowl. Start preheating the frying oil to 170℃.
[How to make]
1. Cut the bitter melon, including the pulp and seeds, into 7-8 mm slices, coat in flour, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
