[Ingredients]
200g ground chicken thigh
1 bag of green beans
1 clove of garlic
1 clove of ginger
1 bag of shiso leaves
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
2 teaspoons of honey
A little sesame oil
[How to make]
1. Cut off both ends of the green beans. Cut the other parts into small pieces as shown in the image.
2. Add sesame oil to a pan and fry the shredded garlic and ginger over low heat.
3. When the aroma comes out, add the ground meat. When the green beans have changed color, add them.
4. When the oil is moderately mixed, add the shredded shiso leaves and fry briefly. Add the fish sauce and honey, let the water evaporate, and it's done!
