Fried noodles with salt and lemon

 


Ingredients (serves 2)


120g minced meat


50g shimeji mushrooms


30g pea sprouts


2 servings of steamed yakisoba noodles


2 teaspoons lemon juice


1 tablespoon sesame oil


1 tablespoon water


[A]


- 2 teaspoons chicken bone granules


- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste


- A little salt


How to make

1. Place yakisoba noodles in a heat-resistant container, drizzle with sesame oil and water, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute.


2. Add meat, shimeji mushrooms, pea sprouts, and [A], mix well, cover with plastic wrap and heat for 5 minutes.


3. Mix well and drizzle with lemon juice to finish.
