Ingredients: 2 servings
- Frozen shredded burdock root, 70g
- Frozen edamame beans, 20g
- Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons
- White ground sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon
Directions:
1. Heat the burdock and edamame beans in a microwave at 500W for about 2 minutes
2. Wipe off any excess water and allow to cool
3. Add mayonnaise and ground sesame seeds and mix well
