1/4 cabbage, 1 tablespoon dried wakame seaweed, 4 crab sticks, 2 tablespoons sweet vinegar, 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce
How to make
1. Wash the cabbage thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces, then place it in a heat-resistant bowl with the dried wakame seaweed.
2. Add an appropriate amount of hot water to the bowl and leave it for 1 minute, then discard the water.
3. Add cold water to the bowl to quickly cool the cabbage and dried wakame seaweed, then squeeze out the water thoroughly.
4. Mix the chopped crab sticks, sweet vinegar, white sesame seeds, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
5. Serve on a plate .
