Swordfish steak with garlic and soy sauce

 

Ingredients


・ Swordfish fillets: 2 slices


・ Sake and salt: appropriate amount


・ Flour: appropriate amount


・ Spinach: 1 bunch


・ A [Butter: 5g


・ Rice oil: 1 teaspoon


・ Butter: 5g


・ B [Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon


・ Mirin: 1 tablespoon


・ Sugar: 1 teaspoon


・ Grated garlic: 1 teaspoon


・ Black pepper: plenty


・ Sprinkle sake and salt on swordfish and leave for about 10 minutes, then wipe off the water and coat with flour.


・ Roughly cut spinach into 4 cm pieces.


・ Put A in a frying pan.


・ Mix B together.


Directions


1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and when the butter has melted, arrange the swordfish and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove it.


2. Wipe the frying pan quickly, add butter and when it has melted, add the spinach and fry until it is slightly soft. Add B and fry the spinach quickly, draining the liquid and removing it.


3. Put the swordfish back in and cook it all together, then arrange it with the spinach and sprinkle with black pepper to finish.
