[Ingredients for 2 people]
- Zucchini 1 (200g)
- Tarako 1/2 (40g)
- Light soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon
[Preparation]
1. Cut off the stem of the zucchini, cut it in half lengthwise, cut it into 5mm half-moon shapes, and rinse it in water. Place it on a heat-resistant plate, cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 2 minutes, and drain in a colander.
It tends to become dry when heated in the microwave, so rinse it in water before heating.
2. Place the cod roe cut side down and squeeze the insides out of the skin with a vegetable spoon into a bowl. Mix in the light soy sauce, mix with (1), and serve on a plate.
