Ingredients:
100g chicken breast
[A] 1 tablespoon sake
[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt
[A] Pepper to taste
[B] 50g edamame (peeled)
[B] 50g pizza cheese
[B] 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
[B] 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
5 spring roll wrappers
How to make:
① Place chicken breast in a deep heat-resistant container and sprinkle with [A]. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes. Once cooled, cut into bite-sized pieces. Transfer to a bowl and mix with [B].
② Cut the spring roll wrappers in half, place 1/10 of the amount of ① on the front, and fold both ends inward 1cm. Roll towards the back and secure the end with water (1 tbsp, not included in the recipe). Make 9 more in the same way.
3. Add salad oil (6 tbsp, not included in the recipe) to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Arrange the pieces from 2, deep fry, and they're done!
