Rice flour makes a chewy chocolate pudding-like treat

 


Ingredients


・ Silken tofu: 150g


・ Sugar: 30g


・ Rice flour: 30g


・ Milk: 150cc


・ Cocoa: 15g


・ Kinako: desired amount


■Mix

Put all ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl and mix well with a hand blender.


■Heat

Heat for 2 minutes at 800w without wrapping → Mix → Heat for 30 seconds

Leave to cool.


■Cool

You should have enough silken tofu cases for 2. I keep the tofu cases because they are convenient and can be used in various ways (^^)


Cool in the fridge, and when they are cool, pour them onto a plate or something and top with as much kinako as you like.
