Potato and tuna rice cooked with butter and white dashi stock

 


Ingredients:

2 cups of rice

2 tablespoons of white dashi

1 bag of boiled tuna

2 potatoes

10g butter


How to make:

1. Put washed rice, water (2 cups not included in the recipe), and white dashi into a rice cooker and mix.

2. Add peeled potatoes and boiled tuna with the juices and cook.

3. Once cooked, add butter, mash the potatoes and mix thoroughly, and it's done!
