Tomatoes with Plum and Kimchi

 

Ingredients:


2 tomatoes


1 umeboshi plum


30g kimchi


[A] 1 tablespoon sesame oil


[A] 1 teaspoon soy sauce


1. Cut off the stems of the tomatoes and cut them into 8 wedges. Remove the seeds from the umeboshi plums and pound them into a paste. Roughly chop the kimchi.

② Put ① and 【A】 into a bowl and mix quickly to finish.
