Bhetki fish tandoori

 



Ingredients:

Bhetki fish pieces: 5-6

Sour yogurt: 2 tablespoons

Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tablespoon

Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon

Green chili paste: 1 tablespoon

Kashmiri chili powder: 1 teaspoon

Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon

Salt: As per taste

Butter: 1 tablespoon


Method

1) First, wash the fish pieces and drain the water.

2) Mix all the ingredients except butter in a plate.

3) Marinate the drained fish fillets in the mixture for half an hour.

4) If you do not have a tandoori or griller, spread some butter on a non-stick pan.

5) Then bake the marinated fish on both sides.

6) Bhetki fish is very soft. So the fish can break easily. Therefore, you must be very careful when frying fish.
