Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1/2 to 1 stalk of raw corn
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- Oil for frying (as needed)
- 1/4 to 1/2 stalk of broccoli
- Ketchup (as needed)
- Mayonnaise (as needed)
<Seeds>
- 1 large chicken breast
- A little salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon flour
<Batter>
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
[Preparation]
- Cut the chicken breast into chunks.
- Peel the corn, wash it with water, and scrape off the kernels with a knife.
- Divide the broccoli into small florets, place in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 minute. I use a 600W microwave.
- Start preheating the frying oil to 180℃.
[How to make]
1. Put the ingredients for the <fillet> in a food processor and process until the chicken breast is finely ground, then transfer to a bowl.
2. Add the corn and onion to (1) and process, then apply some salad oil to your hands and shape into bite-sized ovals.
3. Sprinkle a thin layer of the ingredients for the <batter> and place in 180℃ oil and fry until a delicious golden brown color is achieved. Serve in a bowl and garnish with broccoli, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
